Nothing Is Shipped

YappyDraw is a digital service delivered entirely over the internet. No physical goods are sold, so there is no shipping, no courier, no delivery address and no shipping cost, in India or anywhere else.

What Is Delivered, and When

YappyDraw itself is free and needs no delivery. Open yappydraw.com in any modern browser and it works immediately. No account, no installation and no payment is required. It can also be installed as a web app and used offline.

For a contribution that reaches the founding-member threshold (₹2,499 or more), delivery is as follows:

Immediately. Razorpay confirms the payment on screen and emails you a receipt.
Within 2 working days. We email you at the address used at checkout with your founder confirmation and an invitation to the founder community.
Ongoing. Your credit in the app, community access, workshop places and the collaboration discount continue from that point for as long as YappyDraw is developed. Two of them depend on something not yet built (source access to the collaboration server, and the hosted-collaboration discount) and are delivered when that service exists. The contribute page says so before you pay.

A contribution below that threshold delivers nothing beyond the supporters-list credit described on the contribute page. It is a gift rather than a purchase, and Razorpay's emailed receipt is your record of it.

If Something Does Not Arrive

If you have paid and not heard from us within 2 working days, check your spam folder first, then email support@algorisys.com with the payment date and the email address you used. We will sort it out.

If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

International

The service is delivered over the internet and is available worldwide, subject to any applicable laws in your country. Because nothing physical is shipped, there are no customs duties, import charges or international delivery timelines.
