By accessing or using YappyDraw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service

and content you create using YappyDraw.
-
Local storage: By default, your content is stored locally in your
browser. We do not have access to your locally stored content.
-
Google Drive: If you choose to save content to Google Drive, your
files are stored in your own Google Drive account. We do not retain copies of your
files on any server.
-
Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your
content. We are not liable for any loss of data due to browser storage clearing,
device failure, or any other cause.

except as permitted by the open-source license under which the code is released.
- Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
5. Open Source License
YappyDraw's source code is available under its published open-source license. Your use
of the source code is governed by that license. These Terms of Service apply specifically

- Your use of Google Drive is also subject to
Google's Terms of Service.
- You can revoke access at any time by signing out or visiting your
Google Account permissions.
7. Availability and Modifications
- The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted
or error-free operation.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it)
at any time, with or without notice.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available",
without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or
non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure,
or free of errors.
